RCSS provides traffic management and control services to include flaggers and work-zone protection. All of our flaggers have an ATSSA certification, field training and many also hold an OSHA-10 certification. We currently have approximately 100 flaggers that may be deployed across New England. Our flagging crews utilize marked traffic control vehicles equipped with amber warning lights. Flagging crews are available to book in advance for planned construction or maintenance or may be deployed for emergency work with a 2 hour response time. The crews will arrive onsite and set up the work-zone for the customer with cones and signs to ensure the highest level of safety. The flaggers will then conduct traffic control duties at the site providing the utmost level of service to the customer while ensuring the safety and efficiency for the crew as well as the public.
